Could you please post the spelling words on the website. It would help us when the kids forget to bring them home. Thank you.

    • Michelle Beadle says:

      Mrs. Reyes-Virgil,

I have posted this week’s spelling words on the site. I will continue to do so each week. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

      Best,

    Mrs. Beadle,

Olivier seems lost. He forgets everything - papers that I need to sign, tests information that he is supposed to study for. He mentioned that he has to leave before class ends to make a line for the school bus. We need to discuss. What is the best time to reach you on the phone.

    Thanks

  • Hi Mrs. Beadle,
Today’s homework doesn’t include what to study for the grammar test on Friday. Could you give the students a study sheet outlined with the topics to focus on for the grammar test on Friday. I would also like to schedule a time to meet with you regarding Ariella’s math exam, there are a couple of questions that I found confusing. In the future could you give study sheets outlined with the types of math problems to focus on including examples. Thank you.

      Mrs. Jamnaprasad,
The grammar test will just be a review of what we have learned since September: the four types of sentences and subject/predicate.
As for the math test, most questions were taken directly from the text and/or homework. We reviewed in class and for homework, the students did the progress test at the end of the chapter and were asked to come prepared with any problems they found difficult. I’m very sorry for any confusion. I’m always open to meeting, please email me if you’d like to do so. Thank you for reaching out!

    Hi Mrs Beadle,
i was just wondering if you can double check the ELA homework. Roisin has already done the pages
73 and 75 from last weak.
    thank you for your time
    D ympna Roman

    • Michelle Beadle says:

      Mrs. Roman,
I do see that p. 73 has already been assigned but p. 75 was not. If Roisin has already completed both then she is ahead of the game. Just have her review the pages tonight to go over the skills. Thanks!

    Hi Mrs.Beadle,
For the homework holiday package Crystal forgot to take her folder home so she can’t do it. Can she like ask her friends for the holiday package for the imformation. Can you put all the saints on the website. That will really help.

    • Michelle Beadle says:

      Mrs. Liang,
Crystal can ask her friends if she has their numbers. I can email you the outline for the saint report, including the list of saints. Please email me at mbeadle@olcacademy.net and I will respond as quickly as possible with that document. Thank you!
