    Hello,

I am just inquiring about the 2nd grade text books; is it in yet?
If not, when will it arrive? And finally, will this effect the curriculum for this year?

The Superkids Word Work Books and Decodable Readers are in! Students will begin working in these books starting this Monday 9/24. I am still waiting for Math books. No, even though I do not have the books, I am still teaching the required skills and concepts for second grade in class. Thank you!
    Say hi to Salma.

    Hi Ms. Persaud,
Thank you for your questions. I have answered them as best as I can based on my experience with this company in the past. If you like you can ask the leader of the study team any questions the morning of the study. Her name is Kim and she will be in the auditorium with me.

    1. I believe it will take place during the morning. By the time the team comes and has everything ready it will more than likely be between 9 and 10. Since almost half the class will be participating in the study, I will only be reviewing previous taught concept and skills with the remainder of the students. I will also conduct writing conferences with students so they can begin writing their autobiographies.

    2. I can ask the head of the research team if you can get a copy of the report.

    3. In the study that was completed at my other school, the computer teacher was in the room with the students. However, he was not part of the study. The study is limited to the members of the team.

    4. The computer teacher, Mr. Tracey should be in the room.
